Wok cooking recipes become an absolute necessity if you prefer time saving way of cooking and especially if your top favorite category includes stir-fry recipes. The recipe featured in this article is coconut curried veggies.
Ingredients Needed

| Cauliflower florets | 3 cups |
| Olive oil | 1 ½ tbsp. |
| Garlic cloves (thinly sliced) | 6 |

| Curry powder | 3 cups |
| Carrots (diagonally thinly sliced) | 4 medium |
| Green cabbage | 3 cups |
| Vegetable broth | 2 tbsp |
| Cooked chickpeas | 4 cups |
| Coconut milk | ¾ cup |
| Spinach (stemmed, coarsely chopped) | 4 ½ cup |
| Cilantro | ½ cup |
Procedure:
- Keep the wok in a high heat temperature; pour 2 ½ quarts of salted water and boil it up.
- Add cauliflower to this and cook for 2 minutes.
- Now, change the temperature setting to medium and add 1 tbsp of oil. Add garlic, onion and 1 tbsp of salt to the above mixture and don’t forget to stir fry it for a minute.
- Repeat the process of stir-frying for 2 minutes while adding ½ tbsp of oil with carrots, cabbage and 1 tbsp of salt.
- Now, the broth has to be poured around the circumference; avoid the centre. Cover and cook it up for 2 minutes.
- Stir the chickpeas along with coconut milk and cook it for at least 2 ½ minutes.
- Complete the process of the cooking by finally adding spinach, remnants of cauliflower along with cilantro and cook it by stirring.
- Garnish it with cashews and serve the mouth-watering recipe.
